A velvety blend of parsnips and winter spices, finished with coconut cream and served with warm artisan bread



Smoked Salmon & King Prawn Cocktail

With crisp baby gem lettuce, avocado and a tangy Marie Rose dressing



Chicken Liver Parfait

Served with red onion marmalade and toasted brioche



Wild Mushroom & Truffle Arancini (V)

Golden risotto balls on Parmesan cream with rocket pesto



Heritage Beetroot Salad (Vegan)

With orange segments, candied walnuts and balsamic glaze

All served with traditional Christmas trimmings - roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets, honey-roasted parsnips, glazed sprouts with nuts & bacon, buttered carrots, braised red cabbage, cauliflower cheese, and a rich red wine gravy




Beef Wellington

Prime fillet of beef wrapped in mushroom duxelles and puff pastry, served with a deep red wine jus



Roasted Turkey Ballotine

Stuffed with sage, chestnuts and cranberry, finished with a festive cranberry jus. A refined take on the Christmas classic



Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb

Served with a rosemary and garlic jus. Tender and aromatic with a crisp, herby finish



Roast Mediterranean Vegetables in Filo Pastry (V)

With caramelised onion, spinach, and roasted pepper coulis. A light yet flavourful vegetarian centrepiece




Desserts




Sticky Toffee Pudding

Served warm with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream. Rich, sweet and perfectly comforting



Traditional Christmas Pudding

With brandy custard and red currant compote. A timeless festive favourite



Chocolate Fondant

With a molten centre, served with clotted cream and winter berry coulis. Decadent, indulgent, and the perfect end to your Christmas feast
